starting ideas

These are the ideas I noted during our discussion yesterday.

We need a plan and schedule.

Use of live journal

Ability to see number of views as well as comments

Read and acknowledge each persons blog,

write at least a thoughtful paragraph

Each time you post to your blog you should respond to 2 other blogs

Through the course of the semester you should respond to each person at least once

I've been slaving over a hot stove the past two days in a panic to get my research presentation done for tomorrow morning. I should be able to post some quasi-insightful stuff in the later afternoon/evening.

The list you have looks pretty good. All I had written down is that we should switch to Live Journal and you have listed some of those reasons.

Beyond that, I think that we need to stress the point that responses don't need to be extremly extensive because that is quite daunting. On that note, each person should be sure to respond to someone each time they post. This would ensure at least two responses a week. (this is basically what you've already typed, but I just wanted to reiterate it:)

*I think that we need to organize these into a neat list of rules or a schedule so we can send it out to other students in class*
